Data collected

When you book: last name, first name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, room type, number of guests, expected arrival time and any message. Card numbers are entered only on Société Générale’s secure page (Sogecommerce): the hotel never has access to them.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to manage your booking and stay, send confirmations and respond to your requests (performance of a contract), and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Recipients

Hotel staff; Société Générale for payment processing; our host OVH for the technical storage of the website. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention period

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage your stay and our relationship with you, then archived for the period required by law (in particular for accounting).

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to hoteldudauphine@free.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no advertising cookies and does not track your browsing. It only stores, in your browser, your choice to display the map and, for the duration of your visit, the booking form fields.

The Google Map is only loaded if you click “Show the map”; Google may then set its own cookies. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which involves sending your IP address to Google.
